A lovely teacher, Rachael Wagstaffe aka Yogini Rach taught me this at one of our monthly Yoga Teacher Collaboratives and I LOVE IT! So good for the mind but also the body as it gets everything moving - try it!!

I loved teaching this flow last week, it's a creative strong standing yoga flow with no weight bearing on the wrists which is great for anyone with shoulder or wrist issues. It focuses on strengthening and stretching the hips and thighs with Goddess Squats, Tree and Warrior 2. What's nice about this flow is it uses the mat in a landscape position, a great change to always starting from the top of the mat and stepping back!

This is a great practice is you suffer with tension headaches, fatigue, stress, clench your jaw, grind you teeth or have generalised neck & shoulder tension. If you have chronic pain please seek the help of an in person qualified medial professional. For the practice you ideally need 1 x yoga strap (could be substituted for a belt or scarf) and 1 x yoga brick (could be substituted for a large hard back book - maybe?).
