Yoga Workshops & Events in Southampton

Begin a journey of self-discovery, take your yoga practice to new heights with Laura’s inspirational yoga workshops.

Laura offers a varied programme of 2 Hour Workshops one Saturday/month and special relaxing and restorative classes one Friday / month. These yoga events are a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge of yoga and advance your practice. Each workshop explores different aspects of yoga, meditation and pranayama as well as applied philosophy. 

Almost all workshops and events take place at Chilworth Village Hall, Southampton, you'll receive further information upon booking. Workshops need to be booked and paid for in advance as they do sell out.

Press Pause in the craziness of Christmas and relax and unwind with me. We will simply indulge in 2.5 hours of unwinding with relaxing and restorative yoga poses. Delving into the wonderful tool box of yoga we will explore a variety of ways to dissolve both physical and mental tension.
