Śrīvana Studio with Laura Green
4-Week Immersion into yoga as a spiritual practise, exploring movement, stillness, sacred sound & connection.
Live and in-person at Śrīvana, a bespoke yoga studio nestled in the New Forest and grounds of Laura's home.
Starts: Monday 9th March 7:00pm - 8:15pm
Limited to 10 students only.

For many people, yoga begins as movement and gradually becomes something deeper. Yoga as Sacred Practice is a four week invitation to step consciously into that depth.
Held in the intimate setting of Śrīvana, this immersion brings together gentle āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra and meditation in a way that honours yoga as a sacred, living tradition. Across four Monday evenings at Śrīvana, you will be guided through gentle movement to ground the body, prāṇāyāma to regulate and refine the breath, sacred sound to open and soften, and meditation that is accessible, direct and deeply nourishing. The small group setting allows space for real depth. With only ten places available, the experience is personal, contained and carefully held.
This is a place to move with care, breathe with awareness, chant simply, and sit in meditation without pressure. The emphasis is not on achievement but on presence. Over four weeks, you will experience yoga as a living, sacred practice that steadies the nervous system, refines attention and reconnects you to what feels essential.
This immersion is for those who sense there is more to yoga than movement alone. It will suit you if you are drawn to slower, thoughtful practice, mindfullnes, simple mantra and meditation that is grounded rather than abstract.
You may already practise regularly, or you may feel ready to go deeper than standard classes allow. What matters most is a willingness to show up consistently and practise with attention.
Practising across four consecutive weeks creates a different quality of depth. Familiarity builds. The body softens more quickly. The breath steadies with less effort. Chanting becomes more natural. Meditation feels less uncertain.
Rather than starting anew each week, we continue a thread. That continuity allows the practice to settle and integrate.
Śrīvana, is a studio for spiritual practise and sacred teachings in the grounds of Laura's home, nesteld in the New Forest. It ss intentionally limited to ten students. Hi, I'm Laura . . . I have been practising yoga for 26 years and teaching for 16. I am a Senior Yoga Teacher, author and teacher trainer, and my work is rooted in long study, lived practice and deep reverence for the tradition.
Yoga has shaped the arc of my adult life. It has steadied me, refined me, and continually invited me back to awareness when I have drifted. Through āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra and meditation, I have come to understand yoga not as something we perform, but as something we inhabit.
My teaching is grounded in non dual Śaiva Tantra, expressed in a way that is accessible, embodied and sincere. I care deeply about practice that is intelligent, devotional and integrated into real life.
It would be a privilege to practise with you.
