• How do I correct an Error before an order is placed?

  You have multiple opportunities to correct an error before you make payment through Paypal.

  If you have added an item to the basket that you do not wish to purchase, use the dustbin icon in the shopping basket to remove it.

  You can also delete your browser cache, if you are still struggling to delete items

  If you have proceeded to Paypal, and changed your mind, use the cancel button on paypal's screen to cancel your payment. You will not be charged.

• How do I purchase and watch videos?

  Follow these steps to buy and watch a video:

  • Click the 'Buy Classes' button

• Languages

  All videos and website content is provided only in English (UK). We are not obliged to provide content in other languages, and do not provide refunds on this basis.

Contract Information

• Contract Accessibility

  You will be emailed a receipt from Paypal after purchase. Please retain this receipt as proof of purchase. Laura is provided the same receipt, and will retain this record.

  You may print this for your records, Laura does not provide written confirmation.

• Contract Commencement & Termination

  Your contract is commenced upon succesful purchase of a video through Paypal. Your contract can be terminated by contacting Laura by email or phone.

  Your purchase records will not be destroyed unless you request this.

  Upon contract termination your videos shall be deleted, and you shall not receive refund for your purchases.

  Laura may terminate this contract, and will provide 1 months notice in this event.

• VAT and other charges

  Laura does not charge VAT and is not VAT registered.

  There are no other charges applied to your purchase.

• Accessibility after Purchase

  Your Videos are available immediately after purchase.

  Please contact Laura if you have any difficulty logging in or playing back videos after purchase.

• Rights of Cancellation

  Your videos are available to play immediately after purchase. Laura Green Yoga does not monitor your video usage.

  As you can play your videos immediately after purchase, commencement of performance is considered to have occurred, and refunds are not available.

• Rights of Substitution

  Laura Green Yoga reserves the right to substitute your purchases for equivalent purchases. You have the right to request a refund in this event.

  Laura Green Yoga reserves the right to provide your purchases through other websites. You will not have the right of refund in this event.

Tech Help

• I am having trouble logging in

  • Please make sure you're using the same email address you used when you purchased your videos from Paypal
  • Check through your emails, as Paypal sends you an email with your purchases

• The video keeps pausing to buffer

  When your internet connection is slow, try using the lower quality video settings. You can find the video quality button in the lower right hand corner of the video. Click on the quality button, and select a lower quality. This will give you lower quality video, but it will help with streaming.

• I'm having trouble viewing the videos

  If your video is not playing, or isn't playing as it should, please try the following;

  • Please make sure you've updated your browser.
  • Check if your anti-virus or Adblock Plus software is interfering with your video streaming.
  • Also, try closing other applications that might consume internet bandwidth or computer power.
  • When your internet connection is slow, try using the lower quality video setting. You can find the video quality button in the lower right hand corner of the video. Click on the quality button, and select a lower quality. This will give you lower quality video, but it may help with streaming.
  • If you're still having trouble viewing the videos, email Laura using the address at the top of the page and we'll do our best to help you fix the problem. Please include the following information in your email:

  1. The device you are using (laptop, desktop, iPad etc.)
  2. The system you are using (e.g. Apple, Windows, Android etc.)
  3. Your internet connection speed (take a test here)

• Can I watch the videos on my iPad or mobile phone?

  Our website is optimised for mobile devices, and you can view the videos on your iPad , iPhone or Android phone. Viewing video on a mobile device requires a fast internet connection, try using Wifi if you can.

• Agreement

  By submitting the Order Form, each recipient of information accessed on this web site ("Customer") agrees to become bound by the terms of this agreement (the "Agreement"). The materials made available on this website (the "Information"), which is intended to be accessed by customers of SoulFest and is licensed, not sold, to each Customer for use only in connection with the purchase of tickets for a SoulFest event (the "Event" or “Events”)) under the terms of this Agreement. SoulFest may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time.

  Customer acknowledges that the Information is the property of SoulFest and/or third parties who have granted SoulFest the right to distribute such Information.

• Purchase of Tickets

  All sales made through this website are subject to the terms of this Agreement.

• Items of Sale

  Tickets sold through this website grant only a revocable license to the bearer to enter the venue at the date and time listed. This license may be revoked by SoulFest at any time if deemed necessary by SoulFest for the safe and orderly operation of the Event. Resale or attempted resale of any ticket issued hereunder at a price higher than the face value is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Customer assumes all risk or danger that is incidental to the Event, the practice of yoga, or other activities offered at the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual Event. Customer releases SoulFest, the venue, promoters, participants, organizers, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, partners, employees, service providers and representatives from any claims related to, arising out of or incidental to an Event or the Customer’s presence at any Event.

  In order to be admitted to an Event, each Customer must present the ticket to the venue at the appropriate time or must otherwise produce standard identification suitable for confirming Customer’s purchase. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by SoulFest. The holder consents to being searched for prohibited items if required by law or for customer safety (including upon entry to the Event) and consents to the seizure of such items. Seized items shall not be returned.

• Refunds or Exchanges

  All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges shall be granted, except as required by law or as may be granted by SoulFest, at SoulFest’s sole discretion. Customer may resell lawfully acquired tickets at face value or less.

• Event Cancellation or Changes

  SoulFest may cancel any Event, change the scheduled performers or teachers, or change the Event date without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. Where Events are held at outdoor venues, Customer assumes the risk of inclement weather. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined in SoulFest’s sole discretion. If SoulFest offers to refund the base ticket price of the cancelled Event, Customer must make the request for refund no later than 10 business days after the originally scheduled date. If an Event is rescheduled and the base price refunds are authorised by SoulFest, any refund request must be made to SoulFest prior to the show.

• Treat Tickets Like Cash

  Lost or stolen tickets will be replaced solely at SoulFest’s discretion. Do not lose your tickets.

• Name & Likeness

  SoulFest and its agents actively document the Events through photography, video recordings, audio recordings and other means (the “Media”), which Media may later be distributed by SoulFest via any means, including, but not limited to, the Internet, television, film, etc... The Customer hereby grants to SoulFest the gratis right to use, in any and all manner or media and in perpetuity, Customer’s name, image, likeness, actions or statements as captured in, at or during any Event.

• Others

  Tickets include access to workshops/class/talks/SUP Yoga & Wild Grace - 5 rhythms. We recommend booking your spot at specific sessions to avoid disappointment. Laura will email you a booking form.

  Massages & other treatments are not included. Please pay the therapist directly on the day. Cash Only. Treatments are available on a first come first served basis.

  Purchase online through PayPal and incur a 3% Paypal surcharge. Or purchase directly from Laura with a Bank Transfer, no Surcharge.
