Laura and her team of Yoga Teachers are looking forward to resuming our Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes & Gentle Yoga across Southampton, Hampshire. We currently have a limited timetable due to Covid-19 with 60 min drop in Group Yoga Classes suitable for all levels (including Beginners). Our bespoke 8 Week Beginners Yoga Courses will resume in September. Laura's classes are well known across Southampton for their friendly yet focused nature. In any of Laura’s yoga classes you can expect to sweat, laugh and chill out!
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and physical style where traditional yoga poses from Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga are put together to form rhythmic sequences coordinated with the breath and accompanied by music. You flow from sequence to sequence with a vinyasa which takes its roots in Ashtanga Yoga. This yoga style is physically challenging as it builds core strength and stamina and improves flexibility whilst being deeply relaxing as the practice becomes a movement meditation.
