Please note that 100% attendance is required to pass this course. For exceptional circumstances it is possible to book 'catch-up' sessions if you miss a training day, these come at an additional cost. The Intensive in Spain is a mandatory part of the course. Please block out these dates in your diary as early as possible.

Laura Green is the lead teacher of this 200-hour course and as a Senior Yoga Teacher in Yoga Alliance Professionals, Laura will teach a minimum of 70% of the course hours. In addition, Laura is supported by a faculty of expert teachers who will be sharing their expertise and knowledge in specialist areas and yoga styles, including:
Laura Green: Principle course teacher, SYT with Yoga Alliance Professionals. Laura has a passion to lead life inspiring adventures through yoga. Blending expert yoga tuition with life-affirming tools to empower men and women to live the life they want.
Lauren Gray: Our meditation & mindfulness teacher. A creative & calming soul on a mission to ease stress & anxiety through Meditation and Yoga.
Gemma Witcomb: A highly experienced and exceptionally knowledge Anatomy Educator. Gemma will teach applied anatomy both in theory and practical sessions. As a Yoga Teacher, Gemma is skilled in making these sessions applicable to the yoga practice.
Helen Portas: An inspiration on teaching yoga in the community, with modifications for everything! Helen teachers Chair Yoga, Yoga for Stroke Victims, Yoga for Teenagers, Yoga Fall Prevention.
Jo Welch: As a Yoga Teacher, Jo specialises in Yoga & Mental Health Awareness. Jo will be teaching on Mental Health, First Aid for Yoga Teachers.
