This is not your typical advanced yoga teacher training.
Devotion is a path for teachers ready to go far beneath the surface. It’s for those who sense that the true teachings of yoga are whispered, not shouted, that the body is a temple, the practice a prayer, and business an extension of a spiritual practise.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of non-dual Śaiva Tantra, yet unbound by lineage, dogma, or performance. This immersive journey weaves together subtle practice, ancient philosophy, and spiritual entrepreneurship.

Depth: The Sacred Art of Teaching
Deepen your capacity to teach yoga as a spiritual path, not just a physical practice. Through subtle energy, mantra, meditation, philosophy, and embodied movement, learn to create space for transformation — not just instruction.
Themes We Explore:
• Non-dual Śaiva Tantra, Pratyabhijñā, and Spanda philosophies
• Cakras, vāyus, nāḍīs, and kuṇḍalinī from a Tantrik lens
• Sacred sequencing: teaching from the subtle body
• Mantra, mudrā, bhāva, and energetic orientation
• Tantrik cosmology, elemental wisdom & yogic storytelling
• Myth, symbolism, and the role of ritual in āsana

Sādhanā: Personal Spiritual Practice
This path asks for your devotion — not only to your students, but to your Self. You’ll be guided into a deep and devoted personal practice of mantra, āsana, prāṇāyāma, and meditation; rooted in Tantrik teachings and intuitive knowing.

• Structured personal sādhanā (āsana, prāṇāyāma, japa, pūjā, svādhyāya)
• Ceremonial practice: pūjā, altar building, sacred space creation
• Meditation, silence, nature-based ritual and solo time
• Spiritual discipline, practice born from desire, not obligation
• Sacred responsibility without attachment
• Devotion as action: what it means to show up when no one is watching

Dharma Path: Business as a Spiritual Path
What if your business was an extension of your spiritual practise? You’ll receive business mentorship to align your work with your values, intuition, and dharma — so your offerings become extensions of your practice, not separate from it.

• Soul-aligned structures: offers, launches, pricing, messaging
• Business astrology (nodes, Venus, MC/IC, etc.)
• Marketing as seva and storytelling as sacred transmission
• Money, prosperity and dharma: wealth as sacred potential

Devotion is a 9-month hybrid journey, honouring the alchemy of in-person gatherings and the integration of online regularity.
We will gather three times in person in sacred space for deep, immersive Chapters of Learning. Each one turning the page into a deeper layer of your teaching, your practice, and your offering. Between Chapters, we meet online for workshops, class and mentorship to integrate, expand, and embody the teachings.
This format supports teachers from across the UK while ensuring the depth and intimacy of in-person learning.
Starts March 2026 and culminates November 2026.

Step into the heart of practice. Immerse yourself in ritual, philosophy, mantra, subtle energy, and the inner landscape of the Divine. Refine your voice as a teacher and strengthen your inner discipline through shared practise, study, and ceremony.
Chapter 3: Devoted Action
3 Day Immersion Southampton

6th - 8th November 2026
Bring your path into the world. Align your business with your dharma, refine your offerings, and explore spiritual leadership through service. This is where devotion becomes visible — through your teaching, your message, and your work.
Non Residential Immersions
The March and November immersions are held in Southampton and are non-residential. This offers you the freedom to choose your own space to rest and reflect.
We’ll provide a carefully curated list of nearby hotels, Airbnbs, and guesthouses — all within easy reach of the venue. You're also welcome to stay with fellow participants if you wish. We’ll support connection and car shares in the lead-up to each gathering.
This flexibility allows the container to stay strong while honouring your individual accommodation preferences.
The June 4 day / 3 night retreat is fully inclusive of accommodation and catering as we stay within the sacred circle for depth and integration.
ONLINE LEARNING
While the Chapters anchor us in physical presence, the months in between are where the teachings settle and blossom in your daily life. The online component of Devotion is not an add-on — it is a living rhythm of practice, study, and sacred accountability.
For the entire 9 months, you’ll be held by a consistent monthly cadence that deepens your learning, strengthens your sādhanā, and supports your aligned offerings.
Every month you’ll partake in 3 sessions: a workshop, a class and a group mentorship call. The days / times of these sessions will vary monthly to enable the broadest range of live attendance. All live sessions are recorded, so if you can’t attend in real time, you can catch up in rhythm with the group. Life-time access to all recordings.

2hr Online Workshops
An immersive teaching session exploring themes, philosophies and sacred wisdom of the non-dual Śaiva Tantra teaching through mantra, meditation, tantrik kriyas, subtle body wisdom, sacred sequencing, deities, ritual, and devotional business. These workshops weave theory with embodied understanding.
Monthly:
75 min Sādhanā Class
A guided monthly practice to nourish your inner path — combining prāṇāyāma, mantra, meditation, pūjā and āsana. Rooted in tradition, led from presence. These sessions are for you to indulge fully in your personal practice.
Monthly:
60 min Mentorship Calls
Business becomes an extension of practice. These monthly group sessions support you in refining your offerings, messaging, pricing, visibility and structure — always aligned with your dharma and values. These monthly calls are a space for you to ask and receive direct support in a group coaching environment.
A Living Curriculum Rooted in Tantrik Wisdom, Practice & Sacred Offering. This isn’t a linear curriculum. It’s a cyclical, living body of wisdom — unfolding through workshops, sādhanā, mentorship, and shared experience.

Laura Green
This course is primarily taught by me, Laura Green! I've been practising yoga for 25 years and teaching for 15 years. I am a Senior Yoga Teacher, an Author, a Teacher Trainer, a Musician and an Astrologer. Yoga has not only changed my life but completely shaped it! My true love for yoga lies within the Tantrik Lineage, the depths of philosophy and a passion for scholarly intrigue. These areas have brought me significant healing, growth and insight. Yoga has opened my heart and made me brave, it has healed my back and soothed my soul. This is everything to me and I want to share this gift with you. Your life as a Yoga Teacher is a spiritual path, let's walk it together.
Lauren Gray
Lauren is a calming, creative soul who is passionate about myth, mantra and meditation. Lauren will be co-hosting the spiritual Sādhanā, sharing stories of the Devīs and Devatās and guiding you deeper into meditation.
Sunitha Narayan
Sunitha is a yoga teacher who grew up in India, immersed in the traditions and practices of Indian Vedic culture. She passionately shares her understanding of and practices in a way that is accessible. Sunitha will be supporting you through your own pūjā and altar work and establishing your spiritual Sādhanā.
Alexandra Rigazzi-Tarling
Alexandra is a specialist in healing voice work and a sound healing teacher trainer. She is deeply immersed in the power of mantra and sacred sound and will be supporting you to find confidence in your voice, unlocking your presence as a teacher and diving deeper into your own relationship with sound and mantra.
This isn't a course you sign up for. It's a path you walk.

Reading List
You’ll be offered a small selection of core texts and articles to support your understanding of Tantra, subtle body systems, and devotional practice. Reading is not excessive or academic — it’s contemplative, and supports what is offered experientially.
Final Project: Unearthing the Teachings
A Living Assignment in Devotion, Inquiry, and Embodied Offering
This journey will conclude with a transmission, one that rises from your own personal inquiry, practice, and devotion. Each participant will be asked to choose a lost or overlooked transformational teaching from the non-dual Śaiva Tantra tradition, a thread that has been almost forgotten in modern postural yoga. You’ll research its roots, explore its meaning and let it unfold in your personal practise. Then you'll craft a short written essay and an embodied yoga class (with mantra, mudrā, and movement) to share with our group via a recording. This is a devotional act of remembering, reclaiming, and offering.
