Meditation for the love of it is the key. Experience a wide range of meditation techniques including Candle Gazing, Mantra Recitation, Tantric Meditation, Guided Visualisations, Vipassana Meditation and more to unearth the right style for you. Your meditation journal will help.
Inspire your journey towards living your yoga through applied Yoga Philosophy, Readings of the Ancient Yoga Texts, Discussions & Journaling. Explore Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga, apply modern-day perspectives on the Yamas & Niyamas & explore the true meaning of Tantra.
The more you know the better you flow! Learn about the anatomy of the lungs, the intricacies of the spine, the wonders of fascia and the deep core line of muscle then put this new knowledge to the test in your yoga flows to start to really embody your yoga with ease and grace.
Every month a visiting Guest Teacher will share with you a different yoga style including Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Dru Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Nada Yoga Sound Therapy & Somatics so that you can experience the complete rainbow of yoga.
Deepen your awareness, knowledge & understanding of yoga in all its dimensions including Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Meditation, Ayurveda & Chanting. Explore the subtle energy work of yoga including The Prana Vayus, The Chakras & The Koshas as well as advanced asanas.

The majority of this Yoga Immersion Course will be taught by Laura Green, however a faculty of expert teachers will be sharing their expertise and knowledge in specialist areas and yoga styles, including:
Dave Tipper: A Master in the healing qualities of Sound, using Singing Bowls, Gongs & Percussion for Therapeutic Sound Baths and Gong Baths.
Michelle Higgins: A devoted Teacher from the Ashtanga Yoga Lineage. Leading this classical yoga style, with ease and humility.
Sharon Orchard: An empowering kundalini teacher on a journey of embodied growth & truth-seeking whilst keeping it real.
Gemma Witcomb: Our Yoga & Anatomy teacher, offering an inspiring practical and theory session on awakening the spine.
