Course Overview

Yoga & Wholeness

Yoga is a journey to wholeness through connection. Connection with your body, connection with your heart, connection with others and connection with the Universe. Feeling more connected in your own body by sensing how all parts of you can move, breathe and feel as one is a life-changing experience. Yoga & Your Fascia will enable you to feel this in a whole new way!  

 

Your Anatomy

How much do you know about the anatomy of the human body? About your own anatomy? Exploring the anatomy of your body through movement can be a deeply healing and integrative experience. Your body is truly amazing! Come marvel at how your body is made and learn how to move in a way that is aligned with your organic, natural self. Move with freedom and flow.  

Your Fascia

Fascia is our body's largest organ. It is the connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, muscle, bone, blood vessel and nerve in place. It affects how we move, breathe, and our posture. It is the most important sensory organ & is directly connected to the central nervous system. We will explore how our body is connected through myofascial lines. Each week we'll explore one of the major lines.

 

Myofascial Release

In addition to yoga, you'll learn simple myofascial release techniques to integrate into your daily life. Myofascial release is a great self-massage approach that can ease tension, tightness and pain caused by fascial restrictions. 

Props You'll Need

You'll need a few props to make the most of the course. Including:
- Yoga Mat
- 9 inch Pilates Ball - Like This
- Tennis Ball
- Yoga Brick - Like This

Live or Replay

I love to share my courses live on Zoom so that we can be in the same energy together but all sessions will be recorded so you can participate in the course any time/day that suits you or repeat the classes with lifetime access to the recordings!

Join Live: Classes 18:30 - 19:45 Thursdays (1 Friday)
On-Demand: Take the course at your time with the replays
