Retreat
Stay in a well-appointed brand new retreat centre, located on the beach! With sun loungers, a bespoke yoga studio equipped with all the props and rooms with a seaview. Our retreat centre is just a 5 min walk into the local fishing village, which exudes a warm ambiance with its traditional tavernas serving delectable Cretan cuisine, local shops offering handmade crafts, and friendly locals who are eager to share the town's stories. A perfect destination to unwind, explore the past, and embrace the genuine hospitality of Crete.

This retreat includes a hearty breakfast at our retreat centre and then dinner out in a selection of local Greek Tavernas. All dietary needs can be catered for, but please do inform Laura at the outset of your booking if you have serious allergies like nuts.

Each week will have a specific theme so that you get to learn more about yoga, philosophy and yourself. This retreat also includes a deep dive into Astrology with 3 workshops connecting you to your cosmic soul.

Private Boat Trip
Sail away on our private boat trip to the lagoon of Balos and Gramvousa island. Marvel at the exquisite beauty of turquoise clear waters and visit one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole of the Meditatrarena Sea. Relax, wander, swim or snorkel using the including snorkelling gear. We'll take a picnic lunch with us and plenty of supplies to keep you refreshed and hydrated.
Star Gazing with the Gods
Crete is believed to be the birthplace of modern Astrology & where the star constellations were first recorded. Have you ever gazed up at the sky at night and wondered which stars or planets you were looking at? Now you have the unique opportunity to have all of your questions answered by an expert Astronomer. Away from the city lights two to three thousand stars are visible under dark, clear skies with our naked eyes, and telescopes reveal tens of thousands more. These stars form 88 constellations and the majority were named by the ancient Greeks who invented stories to go along with them, which became the basis for many Greek Mythology legends. This and more will be revealed in our night with the stars.
Two Seas Walk
Embark on a scenic stroll between Crete's Northern coastland towards the expansive West Coast, journeying between the Mediterranean and the boundless vistas of the Cretan Sea. Explore the historical Greek port or Falassarna and take a rejuvenating dip in the crystalline turquoise waters. Here, we can explore the ruins of an ancient Greek harbour that was lifted 6 meters above sea level by an earthquake almost two thousand years ago or relax at a cafe with a view of the bay.
Greek Cookery Class
Get in the kitchen with a Greek Chef for a masterclass in Cretan mezze dishes, you'll learn the secrets behind Greek favourites like Tzatziki, Dakos and Gemista before sitting down to a traditional Cretan buffet dinner. In these celebratory evening you'll even learn the extravagant art of plate smashing!
Optional Extras
Elafonisi Pink Beach
If you would like to savour even more of the Crete beauty an extra excursion can be included to Elafonisi Pink Beach, either by private transfer or local bus. A scenic lagoon offering shallow, turquoise waters, white & pink sand about 1 hour away from our retreat centre. The impressive pink colour of the sand in Elafonisi originates from the so-called Foraminifera shellfish, which, when they complete their life cycle, leave behind their reddish shells which are crushed in the white sand and mix with it to produce this unique pink colour.
Gorge Hike
A fantastic walk into a secluded gorge. Walk along the natural gorge valley, admiring the vertical cliffs dotted with caves and
spot griffon vultures flying overhead. Mediterranean flora and fauna, in a spectacular setting. Throughout the year, aromatic herbs such as thyme and sage grow abundantly, filling the air with their delightful fragrances. Within the gorge, goats wander freely, and if you're fortunate, you might catch a glimpse of the magnificent griffon vultures that reside and nest in the towering cliffs.
The Accommodation
Seaview with Balcony
Our retreat centre is a newly built property located right on the beach. The majority of rooms have their own balcony with a sea view and each room has its own private bathroom. Housekeeping, clean linen, and service are provided daily. There is a safety deposit box, Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, and a mini fridge in every room. The rooms can be twin, double or single occupancy. If you would like twin we can happily partner you up with another solo traveller to share or come with a friend.

The town is also home to ancient sites such as the archaeological site of Polirinia, showcasing remnants of past civilizations. The thriving town center exudes a warm ambiance with its traditional tavernas serving delectable Cretan cuisine, local shops offering handmade crafts, and friendly locals who are eager to share the town's stories.
The Experience
Yoga Classes
A comprehensive yoga schedule taught by retreat host Laura Green in a supportive environment. With dynamic morning practice of Vinyasa Yoga and more gentle evening sessions combining Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga. The yoga is heartfelt, and illuminating and follows a deeper theme connecting with your cosmic soul. Some days will have two classes per days and others one class depending on the rest of the retreat schedule. Classes will be held in the yoga studio, with options to practise on the beach or roof top occasionally and weather dependent.
Astrology Workshops
This Cosmic Soul Retreat also includes 3 astrology workshops teaching you how to read your own natal birth chart, to explore your light and purpose, to heal past karmas and awaken your cosmic soul. You'll leave this retreat with a comprehensive understanding of astrology.
Dinning - The Food
A different retreat dining experience awaits. We are staying in a small traditional Greek town, and will dine out in the local Greek Tavernas each night. We will visit 2 to 3 restaurants that will have a menu selection for you to choose from. Choose from traditional Greek dishes or healthy vegetarian and vegan options. The restaurants will do their best to cater to all allergies and food preferences. This includes Vegan, vegetarian, soy-free, and gluten-free. Breakfast is served at the retreat centre after yoga. This retreat includes a hearty Breakfast and dinner. If you wish for lunch (not included) there are lots of local restaurants in easy reach and food delivery is available if you are too busy sun bathing! Beverages are not included with dinner but you can order as you like from local cocktails and traditional wine and simply pay for your own drinks each evening.
