Your Energy

You are pure energy vibrating in space. Your atoms of energy have come together in the shape we know as human.  Inside of you is a vast network of life-sustaining energy. Learn how to refresh, revive and invigorate your energy with gentle yoga, qi gong, meditation & breathwork to stimulate, clear and cleanse. 

Qi & Meridians

Qi (chi) is a concept from Traditional Chinese Medicine it is very similar to the yogic understanding of prāṇa. Qi is our sacred life-sustaining energy and it flows through a network of channels, like rivers, in the body called Meridian Lines. This understanding of the body can be viewed as a metaphor or as metaphysical. There are even Scientists hypothesising about possible connections with fascia. 

Yoga

Each workshop explores two of the major Meridian Lines, their associated organs, emotional states and physiological connections. We'll stimulate, replenish and cleanse the flow of Qi through gentle yoga flows, nourishing stretches and embodiment techniques. The yoga will be suitable for all levels of experience from curious students to yoga teachers looking for further training in this area.
