This is not your standard 'adjustments' workshop but a journey into healing touch as you experience how to touch not just the physical body, but also the emotional and spiritual body. Explore a new way to communicate kind-hearted adjustments, layered pose options, intuitive movements, pressure point release, energy releases, savasana massage and manual pose assists. Learn a Thai Massage sequence that can be used in one to ones or on retreats and collect a myriad of skills to encourage a deeper experience of yoga asana. This day counts for 7 hours CPD.

This CPD workshop is taught by Laura Green. Laura brings her experience of healing touch as a qualified thai massage therapist and yoga teacher trainer. Laura is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals and Yoga Elder/Teacher Trainer with The Independent Yoga Network.
