A 12-week journey spaciously spread out with weeks for learning and weeks for implementation so that you can really apply the skills you learn and commit to lasting change. 

Healing Yoga

Learn how to use yoga techniques to engage the relaxation response in the body and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system for balance. 

Restorative Yoga

Explore the power of deep rest through restorative yoga. Using props to fully support the body and relax into long holds with guided relaxations.  

Yin Yoga

Settle into serenity and improve resilience with Yin Yoga. These nourishing stretches release and relax the body and soothe accumulated tension. 

 

Meditation

Using yoga meditation and breathing techniques to still the thought waves of the mind. Once the mind begins to still you realise the peace and serenity within.

Bedtime Pillow Yoga

Learn how to work with the body to promote deep and healing sleep. Using simple techniques to prepare the body for optimal sleep.  

Lifestyle Changes

Short exercises scheduled to fit around your life so that you take the lessons from the course and implement them into real change and transformation.

 

Journalling & Reflection

Learn how to connect with your own voice and the needs of your body through structured reflection and journaling prompts. Follow your own journey and transformation as you reflect on the experience of Transformative Rest. 

 

Soothing Playlists

Music is a powerful tool for changing how we feel. Build up your own library of playlists which have been specially curated to bring balance and ease to your body and mind. 

 

Live or On-Demand
