Deeply relaxing yoga poses supported by props help to restore balance to the nervous system, and guided breathing and meditation soothe the mind. In restorative yoga the body is fully supported by a variety of different props so that there is no active engagement of the muscles, instead, they get to gently stretch, relax and open into the comfort of the props. You will need a bolsterm, block, pillow and blanket for this class. This recording was made during a Live Zoom class.
