In this practice we are looking at utilising the energy in the body through minimum effort for maximum return. Technically this class is focused on using the Bandhas, which are physical and energetic actions in the body which make your practice lighter and stronger whilst conserving energy. In yoga the core muscles of the body also corresponds with the area called Manipura Chakra, our energetic centre which governs self esteem, courage and confidence so this practise with help to strengthen us in these areas as well.
