Twice Daily Yoga with Laura Green, Raw Chocolate Making, Sound Healing, Massage and more. On this nourishing escape, you get the much needed time to just be whilst having your every need tended to.


A stunning country estate with rambling grounds, two open log fires, luxurious bedrooms and your own onsite chef.  Experience how just 2 precious nights retreating can completely revive your soul connection. 


This 2-night escape for total pampering will certainly revitalise your energy levels. The morning meditations and yoga are energising and uplifting whilst the evenings are about total and complete relaxation. 


With our extended yoga practises and workshops covering raw chocolate making, meditation, pranayama and kirtan (chanting) you will certainly gain some new tools and insights to take home with you. 


Relax and be cooked for! Indulge in delicious homecooked food, including pre-yoga snacks, brunch, afternoon tea, dinner (with wine) and our welcoming canapes and bubbles. Vegetarian and non-vegetarians diets carted for. 


An intimate retreat hosted by Laura, Suzanne and Lucie our onsite therapist. Indulge in alone time with a single occupancy room, reconnect with your partner in a romantic double or share a twin with another yogi.

The Accommodation

This family-run Edwardian-era country home, features generously sized bedrooms, three large reception rooms, a handsome library and an intimate wood-paneled study, giving you the perfect chance to get away and make the most of some precious "me time".


The house is situated in open countryside with far-reaching views across towards Waddesdon. And while the house may be situated in splendid isolation, it is easily accessible from all directions. Poundon is only a little over an hour away from Southampton and London by car and just 5 mins from Bicester Village Shopping outlet if you want to go bargain hunting on the way.

Your Retreat Leader, Laura Green, is an international Yoga Teacher and Founder of Soul Retreats. She leads life inspiring adventures through yoga classes, workshops and retreats. Blending expert yoga tuition with life-affirming tools to empower men and women to live the life they want.

The Experience


Laura's passion is making yoga accessible to everyone and classes are tailored to meet every individual's needs whether a beginner or experienced student. On this retreat, you can partake in 4 yoga classes experiencing 3 different yoga styles. The morning yoga is the more dynamic and uplifting Vinyasa Flow Yoga designed to reconnect you with your heart fire and spark your passion and enthusiasm for the day whilst the evening practices are deeply relaxing and rejuvenating blends of Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga.


Make time for you and indulge yourself by booking a relaxing massage, facial or reflexology session with a Neals Yard Therapist. 30min treatments sessions are available to book with an extra cost of £30.


The food is always a highlight at Soul Retreats, inspired by fresh, seasonal and organic produce. We cater for both Vegetarians and Non-Vegetarians. The mission of our onsite Chef is to provide food that is not only delicious but healthy and nutritious with surprising treats and delights to tantalise the taste buds. You'll leave inspired to try new things with recipes to take home and ideas to revitalise your diet and prolong the retreat experience.
