Please note that 100% attendance is required to pass this course. For exceptional circumstances it is possible to book 'catch-up' sessions if you miss a training day, these come at an additional cost. The Intensive in Spain is a mandatory part of the course.   • Yoga Philosophy | History of Yoga, the Ancient Yoga Texts, Yoga Philosophy & Modern Day Applications
  • Sequencing & Lesson Planning | Theme, Focus, Flow, Music, Levels & Progression
  • Subtle Energy Practises | Prana, Chakras, Nadis, Koshas, Bandhas, Mantra, Chanting
  • Embodied Practises | Somatics & Mind Body Centering
  • Teaching Methodology | Group Classes, One:Ones, Mixed Levels, Hands on Assists & Adjustments, Bedside Manner, Voice & Language Skills
  • Business Methodology | Marketing, Branding, Finding Your Niche, Accounts, Website, Social Media & Customer Service
  • Real World Teaching | Each Sunday, as a group of Trainee Teachers, you will lead a class of Laura’s ‘real’ students

  • A minimum of 2 Years Consistent Practise is required for this Diploma Course verified by a reference from your teacher

The majority of this Yoga Immersion Course will be taught by Laura Green, however a faculty of expert teachers will be sharing their expertise and knowledge in specialist areas and yoga styles, including:

 

Laura Green: Principle course teacher with a passion to lead life inspiring adventures through yoga. Blending expert yoga tuition with life-affirming tools to empower men and women to live the life they want.

 

Sam Rao: An authority of yoga with advanced knowledge of applied yoga anatomy, an inspiring teacher, mentor and author, on hand to support and encourage students enrolled in this course. 

 

Stella Tomlinson: A Dru Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation Angel. A creative & calming soul on a mission to ease stress & anxiety through Meditation and Yoga.

 

Rich Lister: An awesome human, Ayurvedic Therapist, Viking, Yogi, Shamanic Practioner and Founder of Radical:Rest.

 

Rachel Smithbone: Our Voice Expert! Build confidence and liberate your voice with Rachel's voice masterclass, includes kirtan and chanting. 

 

Rich Horn: A thought provoking speaker on Yoga Philosophy and an advocate for authentic yoga.

 

Helen Portas: An inspiration on teaching yoga in the community, with modifications for everything! Helen teachers Chair Yoga, Yoga for Stroke Victims, Yoga for Teenagers, Yoga Fall Prevention.

 

Gemma Witcomb: Gemma plays a very important role in the school as a mentor and student sounding board.

Asana Practical – breaking down Foundational Yoga Postures with cues, technique, alignment, modifications and hands-on assists

Theory & Discussion: Anatomy, Physiology and Biomechanics or Applied Yoga Philosophy
